For Adults

We offer many services, programs and events for our adult patrons!

*Adult Book Club - Every month we choose a new book to read, and get several copies. We then meet, usually on the 4th Thursday of the month at 6pm, to discuss our book. Covid hasn't stopped our daring readers - we socially distance, and can still enjoy each other's company safely! This is a great way to try new books that you wouldn't have considered reading, and gain new insights you hadn't considered! Contact the library for a copy of this month's book!

*Computer Classes - Alex Leu has offered Computer Classes for several years, instructing our patrons on how to surf the web safely. His expertise with finding, navigating, and  utilizing websites has been invaluable, allowing our patrons to search the internet without fear! We hope to resume classes when it is Covid-safe to do so!

*Cricut Classes - We hold many classes each year, on how to use the Library's Cricut machine to design and make T-shirts, bags, wine glasses and many other fabulous things! Watch for classes to be starting soon, when we can safely socially distance!

Watch for fun things happening throughout the year! Take a Blind Date with a Book in February, enjoy sweet treats during National Library Week, and play Adult Summer Reading Bingo in August! The world is yours, at your Fonda Public Library!
